Plans and project images

Project exterior and facility images are developer artist’s impressions, not photographs of completed developments. The colour floor plans come from developer marketing materials and show representative variants. They are not a replacement for the approved plan of a selected unit. Furniture shown is illustrative and does not establish the package supplied on completion.

Final layouts, dimensions, finishes, facilities and specifications are subject to the applicable approved plans and sale documents. Other variants or mirrored plans may differ.

Room descriptions

The Queenswoodz A1 plan shows two bedrooms and a study; C1 shows three bedrooms and a study. The D2 dual-key plan shows three bedrooms and a studio. A study is not counted as a bedroom on this website. The Vividz drawings displayed are representative A1, B1 and C1 plans rather than every variant.

Prices, availability and visits

No starting price or sales promotion is published on this website.
