Information and enquiries

The website provides project information, illustrative plans and an enquiry form. It is not a reservation system or payment service. Browsing, sending an enquiry or requesting a visit does not reserve a unit, confirm availability, approve financing or create a purchase contract.

Provide accurate contact details and submit enquiries for yourself, or with the person’s permission. Do not use the form for unsolicited advertising, impersonation, malicious content or sensitive documents.

Project information and purchase terms

Images, layout variants and specifications are based on developer materials and may change. This is not a live sales chart. Before making a purchase decision, obtain the current written unit quotation, approved plan, included items, parking allocation, applicable land and ownership information, and formal purchase documents. Read the Disclaimer for the scope of the project illustrations.

Visits, agency services and payments

Visit requests require confirmation of the date, time and meeting place. Any estate-agency services, negotiations, reservations or payments must follow the responsible registered firm’s and developer’s documented procedures. No booking fee, deposit or other payment is collected through this website.

Form submission and privacy

FormSubmit processes submitted details for email delivery. An acknowledgement or return page is not a guarantee of email delivery, a confirmed appointment or a reserved unit. Contact Harry directly if you need to check an enquiry.

Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and Notis Privasi. Sending an enquiry does not give permission for unrelated marketing.
